The contact form asks for your first name, last name, role, company name, company website, industry, email address, and a note describing what you are trying to accomplish. A phone number is optional.

When you submit the form, the site also records the date and time of the submission and the page you submitted it from, so that an inquiry can be understood in context. Your IP address is used momentarily to apply a rate limit that prevents automated abuse of the form; it is not stored alongside your inquiry and is not used to identify you.

The site does not ask for and has no use for financial information, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal category.

To respond to your inquiry and to carry on business communications that follow from it. That is the whole purpose.

Submitting the form does not sign you up for a newsletter, a mailing list, or any recurring communication, because none exists.

Operating a website and delivering email requires third parties, and they necessarily process information in order to do so. This site uses Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement.

Each of these processes information only as needed to provide its service, and each has its own privacy terms. None of them receives your inquiry for any purpose of their own.

Information submitted through this form is used to respond to your inquiry. It is not sold, rented, or redistributed to third parties for their marketing purposes.

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in order to measure how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they arrived. It reports in aggregate; it is not used to build a profile of you, and no analytics identifier is ever attached to a form submission.

The only other value the site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, which is kept locally so the site looks the way you left it. It never leaves your device.

Most browsers let you block or clear cookies, and browser-level or extension-level analytics blocking works normally here — nothing on the site depends on analytics loading.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, length-limited, and rate-limited. Credentials for email delivery are held as server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and this policy does not claim otherwise.

Inquiries arrive as email and are retained in an ordinary business mailbox for as long as they are commercially useful — typically the life of the conversation and any engagement that follows.

There is no separate database, no CRM, and no marketing platform holding a copy.

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form and say so, and the request will be honoured where there is no overriding legal or business reason to retain the information.

Depending on where you live, you may have these rights by statute as well.

This site is a business-to-business consulting site. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
